Penalty points: Where do the drivers stand with eight rounds to go?

Ahhh the wonderful world of penalty points. Each time a driver does something that the FIA deems dangerous, they begin to accumulate points on their driving license. This can be through things such as ignoring yellow flags or causing a collision. Within a period of 12 months a driver can hold a maximum of 12 points before being handed a race ban. So, after 14 rounds, how many points do each drivers have, and why?
